Mr. Levin attended Brandeis University and The University of Pennsylvania. He received his JD from Rutgers University. He went on to receive a Masters in Taxation at New York University. Mr. Levin has been named as “Super Lawyer” for the past four years.

Author of numerous publications including Practitioners 706/709 Deskbook (a practical publication on how to prepare Federal Estate and Tax Returns and Federal Gift Tax Returns), Mr. Levin has lectured for New Jersey ICLE, the Joint Conference on Law and Aging in Washington, D.C., Rutgers Law School-Camden and a variety of professional organizations and associations.

A volunteer attorney at Union County Legal Services since 1986, he is the recipient of the Legal Services of New Jersey Equal Justice Medal for pro bono services for low income residents of Union County. Mr. Levin was also honored for his pro bono legal work by Central Jersey Legal Services, Inc. in 2009.  Mr. Levin is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars.
