Biographical details:

Nora has lectured extensively on her areas of expertise, including at Rutgers University School of Business and The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Among her accomplishments are her appointment by the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey to represent individuals, old and young. Her appointments have included court appointed counsel, guardian ad litem, court appointed guardian, estate administrator and counsel for special medical guardianships. She has also been assigned to  work on sensitive psychiatric cases and hospice matters. Nora is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association's Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Nora is the recipient of two awards from the Essex County Bar Association for Outstanding Service. She is a member of the Bars of New Jersey and New York. Nora is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Tax Court.

Nora served as Law Clerk to the Honorable William J. Harth, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division (1984-1985).
